Girly Girl is a very early bloomer in N. Texas with early blooms coming in by mid March (zone 7b/8a). Color of this iris is of a lavender/purple frame with white falls lightly spotted with purple. It is a plicata style and and carries a white beard that lightly picks up yellow going into back of flower throat. This iris produces 8-10 flowers per stalk and stand around 34" height. Foliage is a deeper blue/green than other Iris in the same garden bed and reblooms within a few weeks of it's initial bloom putting on a great show.
